Election Day
We are back to our 49 Precinct Polling Places in 2022! Primary Election Day is Tuesday, November 8, 2022, from 7 am to 8 pm. If you vote on Election Day, you must go to your assigned polling place to vote a regular ballot. If you go to any other polling place on Election Day, you will be required to vote a provisional ballot. Go to Voter Services, type in your name, date of birth and zip code, and click on the "Voting Center Information" to see what your assigned polling place is and precinct information.

Early Voting
Early Voting for the General Election will be from Thursday, October 27th through Thursday, November 3rd, 7am-8pm. The locations will be:

Instead of having only one day to vote, you can choose to vote on any one of eight days. Washington County Early Voting Centers will be open 7am to 8pm, Thursday, October 27th -Thursday, November 3rd, 2022.
Voting is convenient, accessible and on your schedule!
Vote by mail
If you received your mail in ballot make sure to mark and return it by Tuesday, November 8th. If your ballot is postmarked by November 8th, it will be considered received timely and will be counted.
Don't want to mail your ballot?
No problem. We have six ballot drop boxes throughout the county, open and ready to receive your ballot. The drop boxes will be closed down precisely at 8pm on Election Day, November 8th, and will be unable to receive any ballots after that. The six ballot drop box locations are:

To find out, visit Voter Services at https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/Votersearch. Fill in the required information, and click on STATUS OF MY MAIL-IN OR PROVISIONAL BALLOT. There is also other helpful information for you to review.
