Two ways to vote in this election:

1.  By Mail

On Governor Hogan's order, absentee ballot applications were sent to every eligible voter in Washington County who DID NOT already request an absentee ballot.  If you want to vote by mail, fill it out and sign it, and mail it back in the prepaid envelope.

Do we have your correct address?

To find out, visit Voter Services at https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/Votersearch.  Fill in the required information, and the address we have on file for you will appear.  If you need to change your address or any other information, you can change it by visiting

Note:  The deadline to make changes to your voter registration is October 13, 2020.

Don't want to mail your ballot?  No problem.  We will have four ballot drop boxes throughout the county, beginning October 1, 2020:

2.  In Person

We will have 11 Vote Centers open on Election Day, and you will have the opportunity to vote early at our new location on Virginia Avenue in Hagerstown.  Note:  with Vote Centers, you can visit any one of them in the county and cast a regular ballot.  You are not confined to one particular Vote Center; whichever is most convenient for you.  See below for dates, times and locations:
